CraftedSoul is a small studio selling handmade crochet, sketches and handmade crafts, made in small batches. Because every piece is made by hand, slight variation in colour, size and finish is normal and is part of the character of the work rather than a defect.

CraftedSoul is also a marketplace. Alongside our own studio work, approved independent sellers list and sell their own handmade pieces here. Each product page shows which seller made it, and the section below sets out who is responsible for what.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with an order number.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.
• Stock is limited and held only once payment completes, so an item in your cart is not reserved.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken online by UPI or card through Razorpay. Your order is created only after the payment is confirmed.
• We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.
• A coupon applies to the goods total. It does not reduce the delivery charge, and coupons cannot be combined unless we say so.

• Delivery costs Rs. 79 and is free once your cart reaches Rs. 399.
• Delivery timelines are shared with you when your order is dispatched. Any timeline we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• You are responsible for giving a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for a parcel lost because of a wrong address.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please tell us within 48 hours if a parcel arrives damaged, with photos, so we can put it right.

Returnable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Some items are marked as not returnable on the product page — please check before ordering.

• Start a return by emailing us with your order number and, where relevant, photos.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5-7 working days to show it.
• Custom and personalised work — including custom sketch commissions — cannot be returned once work has begun, because it cannot be resold.
• Items damaged in transit, faulty, or not as described are always put right at our cost.

You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it is still being processed. Once it is packed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled — use the returns process instead. Where we cancel a paid order, the refund is issued automatically.

• You send us reference photos and a brief; we quote a price. Work begins only after you accept the quote and pay.
• We may hand your commission to one of the vetted independent makers who sell on CraftedSoul. If we do, they receive your brief, your reference photos and your contact details so they can make the piece and reach you about it. Your payment relationship, and any refund, stays with us.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photo you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media. Tell us before you pay if you would rather we did not.
• Copyright in the artwork stays with the artist. You get the physical piece and the right to use it personally, not to resell or license it commercially.
• Because each commission is made for you, it is not returnable once started. Reasonable revisions during the process are included.

Where a piece is made by an independent seller, that seller is responsible for the item itself - making it, its quality and materials, and the accuracy of its description, photos and measurements. CraftedSoul lists the piece, takes the payment and arranges delivery; we do not make it and we do not inspect every item individually.

• The seller is responsible for the item being as described, and for the rights to the design and photographs they list.
• We are not responsible for a seller's own claims about an item beyond what we list on the product page.
• Slight handmade variation is expected and is not a fault, whether the maker is our studio or an independent seller.
• If something is wrong with an order, contact us first - not the seller. We hold the payment and we will sort it out with them on your behalf.
• We may remove a listing or suspend a seller at any time. If we do, orders already paid for are still honoured or refunded.

None of this reduces your statutory rights. An item that arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description is put right regardless of who made it.

These terms also apply if you sell here. Applying does not guarantee approval, and we review every seller by hand.

• We take a commission on each sale. Your commission rate is shown in your seller dashboard, and it does not change what the customer is charged.
• Earnings are paid out to the UPI id on your seller profile. We do not ask for or store bank account details.
• You may only list work you made yourself and have the right to sell. You are responsible for your listings, photos, prices and stock.
• You must not list anything unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, or that infringes someone else's rights. You cover us for any claim arising from what you list.
• You may not set your own listings as featured, and new or edited listings are held for review before they go live.
• We may pause, suspend or reject a seller account - for example for quality, accuracy or rights problems. Suspension hides your listings; it does not delete them.
• Customer details you receive exist only so an order can be fulfilled. Do not use them for marketing or pass them to anyone else.

• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it current.
• We may suspend an account used fraudulently or abusively.

Reviews must be honest and based on a product you actually received. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules, and by posting you allow us to display it on the site.

The text and branding on this site belong to CraftedSoul. Artwork and photography belong to CraftedSoul or to the seller who listed it. Please do not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without written permission from whoever owns it.

We take care to describe every piece accurately and to pack it well. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
